Job Responsibilities: Under general supervision, develops, plans, organizes, directs and establishes section objectives, measures of accountability, implements internal controls and business processes related to customer development services; supervises assigned personnel and activities associated with customer service requests; evaluates, updates and modifies policies and procedures and ensures district fee schedules and cost reflect current building costs; organizes, coordinates and directs operations of the district development services. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualification & Experience: Direct and equivalent related experience in an electric utility planning and managing of customer service electrical projects may be substituted for the required education at the ratio of two years of experience for one year of education required. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field and five years of electrical engineering or direct responsible experience planning, directing and coordinating customer service projects experience or distribution systems in a lead capacity. A valid driver's license issued by the State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles is required. An official current driving record (obtained within the last six months) from your local State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or from official DMV website must accompany job application (no third party records accepted).
