Job Description: The Shout Out Loud project is one of England's most exciting creative engagement programmes with, and for, young people. This is a great opportunity to lead a fantastic team of engagement professionals in changing the way young people engage with heritage and the role they play in telling England's stories. You will provide administrative support to the Shout Out Loud project in relation to meeting records, reports, volunteer and team members, and other day to day project activity. This will provide a unique opportunity to learn about heritage engagement by assisting with the preparation of, and participating in relevant meetings and project updates. The role provides opportunities to visit spectacular heritage sites, engage with English Heritage teams across departments, and build valuable knowledge and expertise of fundraising for the heritage sector, including from the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The post-holder will also be a key member of the team, which aims to transform the way English Heritage serves young people across England, ensuring the Stories of England remain relevant and engaging for generations to come. You will be self-motivated and capable of using your own initiative to achieve agreed goals. You will have exceptional attention to detail and be confident working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and in coordinating multiple work streams.
