Job Description: Interaction with founders/promoters/CFOs of companies to understand their business model and banking requirements, and debt in particular Job Responsibilities: Present the proposal to sanctioning committee to resolve queries with a view to secure sanction Perform ongoing monitoring to maintain credit quality through consistent checks on business performance and continuous engagements with clients Structure the transaction and stipulate covenants to mitigate the risks Discuss / negotiate with the term sheet with the borrower Analyze credit data, financial statements, projections; perform internal credit rating; and prepare credit assessment memo as per stipulated guidelines and policy Assess the proposal for feasibility based on stage of company, sustainability and scalability of the business model, equity raising plans.
