Job Responsibilities Manage the expatriate population including: housing management with the support of the relocation company, allowances and benefits, immigration, banking, schooling, tax compliance, removals of goods, etc. Preparation of modified payroll reporting. Liaise and compile with KPMG relevant salary and benefit information to be reported for tax compliance. Frequent interaction with Total SA, TGI, and other Total companies to collect and ascertain the accuracy of the information. Provide guidance and assistance to the expatriates to ensure that their tax returns are filled in a timely manner. Assist with the coordination of immigration matters, Manage the taxable event on performance shares and stock options for inbound expatriates assigned to Total Gas & Power Asia Pte Ltd. Job Requirements University Honours / Master's Degree or post-graduate professional qualification in HR Management or relevant discipline. 5 to 8 years' experience Knowledge of employment legislation. Ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction Client focused and strong relationship builder. Analytically minded. Ability to innovate and solve problems. Commercial awareness, business focus, excellent communicator internally, externally, Works effectively under pressure and drives change.
