Job Description: We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our Resourcing Team, covering our Maintenance function. Job Responsibilities: Maintain a strong understanding of the structure, objectives, strategy and key stakeholders within your relevant areas, developing and delivering recruitment strategies and ideas for your function. Managing the relationship with external partners e.g. recruitment agencies/advertising agencies. Developing and delivering employer brand propositioning messaging through attraction channels including Social Media and professional networking. Applying expertise and insight to inform recruitment plans and hiring decisions, providing a consultative approach and guiding hiring managers throughout. Managing the end to end recruitment process including taking specifications, stakeholder management, agreeing timescales, resourcing CVs, interviews and offer management. Proactively sourcing talent and building pipelines, through appropriate channels i.e. social media, attending careers events, networking and promoting our internal referral scheme. Ensuring every candidate has the best experience possible, whilst providing a first class service to internal stakeholders. Maintaining and sustaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring the right routines are followed. Building trusted relationships with the function stakeholders, hiring managers and People (HR) teams providing regular updates on the resourcing progress against specific roles. Qualification & Experience: Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and consult throughout the recruitment process. Proven experience in using online media sources for candidate attraction; in particular LinkedIn.
