Job Description: The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. The HR Business Partner serves as a liaison between the business and the central corporate teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development. We are looking for Human Resource professionals who have the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions. Job Responsibilities: Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives Work with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all interests Experience in leading across multiple sites/buildings and geographies Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures Assess business unit’s human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate Job Requirements: Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 2-5 years Ability to work well across different functions and locations Master’s Degree or MBA in HR preferred Experience in executive coaching 3-5 years of experience in HR role Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree required in Human Resources Management or related field Job Details: Company: Amazon Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Bellevue, WA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
