Job Description: The Clinician Experience Leader facilitates the program that drives meaningful improvements for Amazon Care clinical staff across the organization. The leader will take an inputs driven approach to understanding the drivers of employee engagement and satisfaction, including product and operational needs, and then relentlessly improve those inputs to make Amazon Care the most admired place to be a care provider. The leader will further craft a vision and model to ensure that the outcomes include improved satisfaction and retention, and that these outcomes result in ever better experiences and health for our patients. Job Responsibilities: Evaluates non-clinical data about employee needs and satisfaction, including operational and inputs on technology and clinical workflows Creates programs, often through partnership and influence, to improve the tools and workflows that comprise the clinician experience Creates listening mechanisms, or partners to do so, to understand the needs of clinicians Owns the Voice of the Clinician research insights along with key research partners Job Requirements: Excellent verbal and writing skills Advanced analytical skills to identify trends and identify opportunities Basic to advanced understanding of clinical environments and roles in ambulatory and primary care settings 5+ years of experience working in experience design, product design or related program management Effective teaming, consultation and collaboration Experience managing teams, including soft skills of trust building, coaching/mentoring Proven success in large organizations, including building and launching net new initiatives Advanced degree in healthcare, engineering or business Job Details: Company: Amazon Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Austin, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
