Job Description: We are seeking a customer-obsessed and agile Training Coordinator to join Amazon’s Global Security Academy (GSA) Training Team. The coordinator will work to facilitate the implementation of GSA’s learning initiatives worldwide, minimize the operational burden of that learning upon our operators, and develop meaningful action plans to optimize program processes. Job Responsibilities: Review training evaluations, compile results for reports Manage GSA’s learning management system Contribute to multiple curricula development projects simultaneously Assign customers online learning curricula; build learning groups within the LMS for content distribution Assist managing program and create training reports and analytics Edit/update learning objects as required Liaise with customers to coordinate training schedules and completions Manage inbound communications including customer concerns Upload content into our LMS Coordinate training localization that assists us in serving a global customer base Qualification & Experience: Self-starter 1+ years of proven project management and program management experience Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Experience in program administration and team coordination Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint Experience as a Program Administrator 2+ years of professional or military experience Able to perform well despite complex or ambiguous challenges Superb communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills Job Details: Company: Amazon Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Nashville, TN, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
