Job Description: Amazon's Alexa Recruiting organization is seeking a talented, customer focused Technical Sourcing Recruiter with a passion for delighting both their clients and candidates. You will work with a close-knit, high performing technical recruiting team supporting the Alexa AI teams. This position focuses on driving candidate generation strategies in an effort to engage Senior Software Development Engineers and Engineering Leaders. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with key consumer and trade media - both national and local in audience Deliver communications counsel to internal executives on both short- and long-term challenges and opportunities Successfully manage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges Write, develop and manage approvals for news releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and related media materials for Amazon’s operations business Develop and manage the execution of external media engagement programs in cities with Amazon sites, such as high-visibility building milestone events, community donations with local elected officials, press facility tours and filming opportunities, and other media relations activities Effectively represent Amazon as a spokesperson Research and integrate industry news, trends and compelling angles into PR programs Qualification & Experience: Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research A demonstrated passion for technical recruiting and has customer obsession. Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills with a data driven approach when it comes to reporting techniques Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience recruiting passive candidates and building networks 2 + years of corporate and/or search firm experience Strong technical sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates CRM/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates Superior written and verbal communication skills Job Details: Company: Amazon Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Philadelphia, PA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
