Job Description: The Inspection Coordinator will host inspections for Tesla energy products. As an integral member of Tesla’s Field Operations Energy team, the Inspection Coordinator keeps jobs moving efficiently towards permission to operate while meeting monthly objectives. The Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for all field and administrative tasks associated with passing inspections. The goal is to drive the Inspection’s working queues to zero as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible. Job Responsibilities: Track open jobs to ensure the project is being moved forward as quickly and efficiently as possible Communicate all relevant information concerning next steps and timelines to the customer, jurisdiction, and leadership Follow-up on jobs in working queue to ensure the job is being moved forward as quickly and efficiently as possible Update the company database with relevant notes, necessary documentation, and move jobs forward per company guidelines Assess job readiness for final inspection and schedule inspections with local building inspector Prepare the job site for inspection including but not limited to; ladder set-up, opening electrical equipment, executing outstanding Punch-list items. Job Requirements: Able to set up and secure 20 foot ladders Must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment Able to organize time and tasks in a fast paced environment 1-2 years relative work experience in general construction Punctual with appointments and deadlines Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time Familiarity with PV plan sets preferred Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.) Able to grasp technical concepts and communicate them in an effective manner Must be patient but persistent Job Details: Company: Tesla Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Tampa, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
