Job Description: Handling all charge back cases in acquiring, issuing and supporting services Card Center operation’s related issues. Job Responsibilities: Handle surplus cases on bank’s ATMs network. Documenting and filling all the cases after being finalized easy reference. Receive branch / customer disputes (as an issuer) and raise the cases with Visa & MasterCard on proper time. Monitor and follow up on all issued cases till closure and inform branch accordingly with the status. Acquire all adequate regulations related to MasterCard and Visa in an attempt to amend the current way of handling disputes Investigate skimming cases and exercise chargeback whenever possible. Reconcile and balance accounts related to chargeback activities and preparing monthly breakdown. Coordinate with HO to initiate Debit & Credit card chargeback cases. Handle all dispute cases including fraud ones to reduce exposure to loss in accordance with the international operating regulation.
