Job Description: Responsible for the early and late bucket management of Credit Cards portfolio at a Pan India level.Drive key performance vectors for Credit Cards spread across geography and customer segment.Work closely with the DSMG Startegy Head for Credit Cards in formulating allocation strategy, payout design and recalibrating collection architecture Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance of the laid down processes by the regulators and the bank for debt servicing Provide policy inputs to product, policy and credit team for design level correction Responsible for the identification of Early Warning Signals and working on the EWS model designing with the strategy team along with the product and policy team Responsible for building intervations to minimize cost of collection Analyse high volume data to derive valuable insights and introduce new improvements Job Requirements: Communication/ Interpersonal skills/Negotiation/Persuasive skills Analytical ability Functional knowledge in the areas of banking, policies, processes and procedures Team management skills Qualification & Experience: MBA (Finance)/ MSc Statistics /MSc Maths More than 14 years of relevant experience in field of debt service management unsecured loans preferably credit cards Job Details: Company: ICICI Bank Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Mumbai, India Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
