Drive the digitization of various banking products like Investments, Liabilities.To drive the usage of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Other channels in various customer segments Job Responsibilities: Define a Customer Segment level strategy to drive Usage of Direct Banking Responsible for complete ownership of the Digital Banking Channels including New product launches and roadmap design Responsible for creating seamless digital products with focus on customer experience and revenue drive Ability to work across banking products and create innovative offerings through the digital channels Responsible for Increasing the customer usage of Direct Banking Channels Drive Direct banking Dashboards and understand customer behavior on Direct Channels Job Requirements: We expect you to be a thought leader in the organization brimming with innovative ideas to help various aspects of the business.
