Job Description: Branch Head is one of the pivotal leadership positions in the bank as he/ she spearheads the entire sales and operations function of a branch. The Branch Head forms the bedrock for steady growth of the bank's retail franchise through Business Development, Smooth flow of financial transactions at the branch level, Revenue Generation and Profit. He/ She interfaces with key accounts/ customers (e.g. top 10% of revenue generators) to establish and strengthen relationship to boost sustained business. nature.
