Job Responsibilities: You would be responsible for the smooth cargo operations at his/her region through close coordination with GHA's and staff within the stations in his region. You will ensure that the rules and regulations of Qatar Cargo are closely followed at all stations in his region in regards to Security,Safety, Compliance,Operations, Performance and Quality and will need to make sure that the best interests of Qatar Cargo Operations are maintained at every station in the region. You will continuously monitor and develop adherence to regulations outlined by local authorities and regulatory bodies and ensure strict compliance to IATA regulations for the effective movement of inbound and outbound cargo,whilst reducing the operations costs involved. Job Requirements: This is an important role which will be a key to the success of the Cargo Operations and we are looking for someone with the desire and will to deliver. You should have the ability to delegate work, set clear directions and manage work flow. You would need to have strong mentoring and coaching skills, be a computer literate with high proficiency in MS Suite and should have excellent communication skills. Qualification & Experience: Experience in Freighter handling preferably in A330/B777F will be an added advantage. You must preferably hold a Bachelor's degree or a relevant University qualification and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, of which 4 years are required in Regional Cargo Operations.
