Job Description

To manage all loans and credit cards deductions related to delinquent customer from salary control, cross holding to maximize account performance while providing a superior reconciliation on cost life allowance from salary and liabilities against collateral.

Job Responsibilities

  • Risk policies and procedures
  • Update collections system with all activity and outcomes
  • All payment solutions should be reasonable for both Bank and customer, and be reflective of financial circumstances
  • Reconciliation of all payments made
  • Daily task report
  • Manage segments of delinquent accounts in accordance with agreed risk based priorities
  • Review account allocation daily and plan activity to ensure it is aligned to customer salary credit dates

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in commerce/accounting/finance
  • General understanding of Collections activities and practices
  • minimum 1 year in similar role preferred
