Job Responsibilities: You will have excellent customer service skills, both face to face and via the telephone as well as excellent communication skills, written and verbal. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have experience using large databases with confidential information. You will also have experience of reconciling customer accounts and a good working experience of spreadsheets.
