Job Description: Amazon Care is looking for a Principal Account Executive to join an exciting and rapidly growing team responsible for bringing Amazon Care to new enterprise customers. The Principal Account Executive is responsible for prospecting directly into Large Enterprise benefit buyers and also building and growing relationships with consultants and brokers on a local, regional and national scope. This role works closely with product, marketing and clinicals teams to deliver ROI for our customers. We are an entrepreneurial team of doers that work passionately to apply cutting-edge advances in technology, solve real-world problems to create a frictionless healthcare experience. The ideal candidate has the ability to build and convey compelling value for the benefit buyer at large organizations and work backwards to deliver on their health and productivity goals. Job Responsibilities: Provide feedback from benefit buyers and other enterprise customers about customer expectations and product needs Build sales opportunities with benefit buyers through inbound lead generation as well as self-generated outbound prospecting Develop and execute against a set of activity and sales goals with a passion to deliver healthcare innovation Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for your assigned geography Qualification & Experience: Completed MBA or advanced Business Degree Energized by being an industry pioneer and innovator 7+ years experience with prospecting, identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities System and analytics skills include: 1/ Microsoft Excel for business cases analyses 2/ SFDC for customer opportunity management and account planning and 3/ Collaboration hardware and software for virtual customer-facing meetings Experience working in healthcare sales including point solution organizations Proven success in building relationships using a consultative, solutions-focused approach Passion for prospecting, qualifying and negotiating net-new opportunities 10+ years of professional experience in large enterprise business solution sales or business development, selling : 1/ healthcare services directly to employee benefit buyers or through broker-consultants in any industry or 2/ selling b2b services to enterprise clients within the Healthcare sector Thrives in early-stage, start-up environments BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Job Details: Company: Amazon Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Philadelphia, PA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
