Job Description Inside Sales Engineer is the key role reporting to Sales and Customer Service Manager – ME. The Inside Sales Engineer will be based in Jeddah, KSA and support the customers by identifying their needs, offering standards, specific solutions/ equipment, and services in order maximize opportunities and their success ratio. You will support Special Hazards product, so background in Gas & Foam Suppression sales/design is a must. Job Responsibilities You will participate with other regional sale colleagues to share market intelligence about product opportunities that will grow sales, confers with Customer You will prepare frequent reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing quotation information vs success ratio, and market application trends. You will contribute to sales effectiveness by identifying short-term & long-range issues that must be addressed; You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications You are a natural self-starter, problem solver and data/analytics driven with the ability to explain technological concepts to a non-technical audience combined with a customer-orientated attitude. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/estimation/design of Special Hazards products (Foam System, Gas Suppression Systems is also a plus) Tireless, results driven, strong sales drive and hunter mentality Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience Fluent language skills in English – written, reading, spoken.
