Job Description We are organised into Business Delivery and Business Enabling Functions. Our Business Delivery Units constitute Engineering & Construction (E&C), Asset Solutions (previously called EPS) which includes Integrated Energy Services (IES), and our rapidly growing New Energies Services (NES). Our technical functions are currently being consolidated under an initiative called 1tec. Our Business Enabling Functions comprise: Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Communications and QHSE. We work together with our partners and contractors, to deliver our business objectives in line with our values and strategy. This position falls within the Asset Solutions (AS) business, which comprises Asset Operations and Asset Development, and is responsible for: provision of operations support services; operations & maintenance; operations modification projects; well services; engineering consultancy; and training. AS delivers on the basis of a reimbursable model where the cost of our services is reimbursed by the client plus an agreed margin, and Cost Plus KPIs which are reimbursable with a margin linked to the successful delivery of key performance indicators. Job Responsibilities Create and maintain purchase orders for ARL contingent workers CWK (Ltd Co and Agency), applying agreed rates and allowances payable Monitor Company Information mailbox and highlight information received from Companies House that requires further action, liasing with PFM Tax Advisor where necessary Assist checking monthly invoices received from ARL contingent workers for payment Input into RDB and Oracle pay and charge rates for onshore and offshore personnel for payment and client billing Respond to emails received into ARL queries mailbox from PAYE personnel Investigating, reconciling and resolving pay queries Issue under Team Lead guidance annual contract amendments for recruitment agencies and ensuring the relevant documentation is recorded e.g. insurances, CoI, VAT Job Requirements Oracle knowledge Team working skills Ability to work under pressure Oil and Gas experience Ability to work to close deadlines Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication and computer skills Job Details Company: Petrofac Vacancy Type: Full-time Job Location: Aberdeen, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
