Job Description:

The incumbent will be part of a team that is responsible for building and growing the digital savings accounts portfolio (branded Axis ASAP). He will lead the portfolio build-up exercise with the mandate of increasing account balances from existing customers through continuous digital engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liase with Legal and Compliance dept for creative and content approval.
• MIS on portfolio campaign performance
• Build a continuous communication plan to drive engagement with customers within set timlines
• UI improvement, customer communication across channels
