Marketing Brand Management for businesses within Bank SME NRI International Businesses Drawing out an annual calendar of multimedia marketing activities within the budget framework to meet business goals Mining consumer insights and generating new marketing ideas Providing direction to advertising and other allied agencies for framing advertisement campaigns developing communication plans based on specific business objectives including post campaign evaluations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating new media for innovation and cost effectiveness Conceptualising and executing the promotion schemes to increase the brand visibility awareness and drive engagement within Existing Bank customers
  • Multitasking and multifunctional understanding for unplanned business requirements Initiating and developing communication with the key decision makers in target organisations for developing the account Tracking brand for better understanding of trends market competitive moves and recommending way forward for the brand Conducting multidepartmental meetings for designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth marketing operations SME Business Managed multiple ATL BTL campaigns with various business objective brand and business
  • To drive acquisition for SME Loan Products by participating in trade fairs events sponserships association meets and other such relevant events and media formats etc
  • To strategise execute and promote the PanIndia Multicity knowledge program i e Evolve To derive more business from existing customers by communicating relevant products designing communication around new offers etc Also to increase penetration and adoption of digital channels within SME Business like Internet Banking Bill Discounting Mobile App Supporting SME Business for their new initiatives like Online Supply chain management Zero Collateral Loans etc NRI Manage all ATL BTL and Social campaigns with various business objectives To drive awareness and consideration towards Axis Bank in the minds of NRI customers Creative
  • Development Strategy and Execution of the BiAnnual NRI Winter Homecoming Acquisition Campaign which includes ATL media i e OOH Digital and Social media The campaign bears acquisition and consideration targets Effectively plan several promotional activities basis business goals to target the NRI consumers before they migrate from India or when they visit India Support the annual NRI Online Account Opening program and provide creatives for digital and social media usage Manage the NRI exclusive microsite Creating communication across mailers DMs Social Media and other customer touchpoints to improve engagement within existing customer base and drive crosssell and upsell of products Manage all NRI subbrands in terms of positioning creative development communication and all promotional activities i e NRI Burgundy NRI Priority and NRIMariner International Markets Support all 10 international offices with their marketing requirements such as Branch Branding Local Events Promotion Sales Collaterals like Brochures AVs Emailers etc Checking branding across mobile apps microsites etc
