Job Description
To manage all loans and credit cards deductions related to delinquent customer from salary control, cross holding to maximize account performance while providing a superior reconciliation on cost life allowance from salary and liabilities against collateral.
Job Responsibilities
- Risk policies and procedures
- Update collections system with all activity and outcomes
- All payment solutions should be reasonable for both Bank and customer, and be reflective of financial circumstances
- Reconciliation of all payments made
- Daily task report
- Manage segments of delinquent accounts in accordance with agreed risk based priorities
- Review account allocation daily and plan activity to ensure it is aligned to customer salary credit dates
Job Requirement
- Diploma in commerce/accounting/finance
- General understanding of Collections activities and practices
- minimum 1 year in similar role preferred
