Job Description: As a Senior Product and Customer Insights Manager on our team you will assess Amazon services, processes, and metrics (e.g., comparisons with industry trends), identify opportunities, specify tools/systems requirements for development, prescribe future state recommendations and strategies, and validate the improvement effort for Creators and Brands. You will innovate and build new methodologies and products to continuously iterate and improve the brand building experience - all in an effort to better serve our customers. Job Responsibilities: Trends: Track and evaluate global industry trends in the emerging creator economy, including influencers, brand partnerships, social media, and innovations Manage Ambiguity: Understand complex business problems across business units, geographies and product lines to identify meaningful insights that help Amazon improve our customer experience Study Management: Lead large and complex studies, including alignment with business leaders, design, data collection and analysis, recommendations, and presenting results to senior management worldwide Methodologies: Continuously innovate and improve both internal and cross-functional processes to optimize efficiencies, develop new methodologies, and raise the bar for measuring and improving the brand building experience Customer-Focus: Plan and deliver innovative recommendations by working backwards from creator needs from scoping each unique effort (design, data collection, data analysis, customer engagement) to providing recommendations which are presented to senior leadership Stakeholder Management: Build strong relations with internal stakeholders and senior business leaders to understand priorities, define our roadmap and to collaborate and work with them on programs and actions to implement product and service solutions Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree, in Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent Successful leadership experience in project management and facilitation of global cross-functional teams Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology Entrepreneurial, self-starter possessing flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations 5+ years of experience in areas such as digital marketing, social media marketing, brand building/management, product management, management consulting, or market research or an equivalent combination of education and experience Job Details: Company: Amazon Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Palo Alto, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
