Job Description: Amazon Lab126 is looking for a Compliance Program Manager to join the HW Compliance Engineering team based in Sunnyvale. You will drive the international compliance and certification program for the HW Compliance team to ensure timely submission and approval of our products. You will be experienced in FCC and worldwide international approval processes of consumer electronics. You will have familiarity with wireless radio technology submittals ranging from Wi-Fi to BT to WAN. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. Job Responsibilities: Work with ODM suppliers to drive low touch regulatory test requirements, monitor and update test status, and drive tests to completion Update of certification record and file for renewals as necessary Manage the international approval timeline and schedule Manage supplier compliance audit program Create processes to ensure the Compliance Team communicates policies and processes – as it relates to regulatory compliance (FCC, CE, global) Manage processes for issuing product Declarations of Conformity and maintaining technical construction files Participate in international expansion and global market access Initiate international type approvals Create and maintain processes for managing existing product certifications and approvals and renewals Maintain internal certification documents Qualification & Experience: Experience working in compliance or heavily regulated product industry 5+ years of compliance experience with consumer electronics, submitting products for global approvals and following through to obtain certs. Experience with fast-paced development environment.
