We are looking for a Sr. Operations Manager for Amazon Locker in North America. Amazon Lockers are self-service kiosks placed in convenience stores, grocery stores, shopping centers, transit stations, multifamily buildings, and other retail locations with high customer density. To pick-up orders or drop-off returns, customers select a Locker on the website, receive a code, and then collect or drop-off the package at their convenience. Job Responsibilities: Manage projects to stay on schedule and on budget Project manage hardware deployment, including transportation, light construction, and installation Drive and support improvement initiatives of deployment activities to optimize for scale, schedule and cost Work with Business Development and Compliance Managers to optimize hardware placement Build strong relationships with channel partners/customers Maintain and develop SLA’s with vendors through daily management and process improvements Monitor and analyze customer experience and install performance Deep Dive existing processes to unlock scale and/or create new processes to support scaling Job Requirements: Strong vendor management experience PMP Strong process improvement experience Bachelor’s degree Ability to work independently to deliver results Experience managing teams Advanced degrees in business, engineering and/or supply chain Relentless customer focus and obsession Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross functional teams, both internal and external 5+ years project or operations management experience Job Details: Company: Amazon Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Bellevue, WA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
