Amazon Warehouse Jobs – Product Manager

Job Description:

The Amazon Fresh is seeking an organized, action-oriented and experienced Product Manager to drive an exciting new strategic initiative in the on-demand grocery delivery and physical grocery store services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the identification and resolution of cross-functional issues that impede schedules, and develop plans and strategies to mitigate schedule and service quality risks, documenting and escalating business concerns in the project status reports via communications with other key stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to track deliverables and orchestrate weekly/monthly stakeholder meetings
• Improve processes by presenting post-mortems to stakeholders and implement lessons learned
• Partnering with category teams to effectively manage and review inbound and launch performance
• Lead the testing, launch process and after launch ramp up of the service to meet goals
• Ensure that business priorities, tech capabilities and operational capabilities (technology, resources, building readiness) are aligned
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of plans, tools, and processes to enable the rapid, high-quality, efficient implementation of the program
• Ensuring optimal selection and sourcing across categories and locations

Job Requirements:

• Strong database and computer skills
• Ability to successfully influence stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
• Proficiency in Excel, Intermediate SQL
• Advanced Degree in Engineering
• Experience making scope/schedule/resources trade-off decisions with little or no guidance.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity projects
