Job Description: The training co-ordinator plays a key role within the Lean Thinking team. The training coordinator is responsible for coordinating all training delivered by the lean coaches, ensuring quality and delivery of preparation, execution and follow-up. The training coordinator sits within the Lean Thinking team, ensuring cross functional development of internal and external teams to deliver Daily Continuous Improvement. Job Responsibilities: Liase with managers both internal and external to design cross-functional training cohorts Create standard work for effectively communicating & facilitating training sessions to assist lean coaches Establish appropriate communications with training attendees Liaise with lean coaches to maintain the housing and distribution of training assets on to internal intranet tools Management of the course material distribution Provide lean coaches will all information prior to delivery of training Distribute calendar invites and course reminders throughout the training programme, including re-scheduling Create process for effectively following project delivery throughout training – ensuring lean coaches have information & follow-up sessions planned, and projects are completed Escalate any key risks or issues that could affect training Collect feedback from training, establishing key performance metrics and reporting Work with finance to maintain benefit tracking for projects delivered as a result of training Job Details: Company: Asos Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Oxford, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
