Within our Global Consumer Marketing division, we have a great opportunity for a Customer Data Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team In this role, you will support the Customer and Prospect Experience (CPX) analytics practice though the development of insights leveraging our web, email and app messaging testing platform and customer database. In addition to developing analyses and reporting capabilities you will monitor performance of in-market experiments as well as track the growth of our customer segments. Job Responsibilities: Support creation of customer data tables, measures and attributes for reporting, analytics, and insights applications. Work with Data Science team to ensure that customer measurement & project analysis data requirements are met. Work with various customer-level touchpoint datasets to perform customer path, audience profiling and other customer analysis. Collaborate with marketing partners on new use cases for customer analytics projects. Reports and provides insights on customer KPI metrics, with an emphasis on business value metrics. Co-develops measurement roadmap for customer KPI’s. Develops and presents customer analysis to reveal insights and advises marketing on future actions and strategies. Supports the discipline of storytelling and insight generation. Develops and maintains documentation on Customer KPIs and reports, including associated code. Job Requirements: Demonstrated track record in obtaining and analyzing quantitative data to solve actual business problems. Strong technical skills, including experience with analytics, query and data visualization tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain deep technical results to diverse groups of stakeholders.
