Job Description: Under the general direction of an IPTE Audit Program Manager, you are responsible for supervising and directing the activities of an audit team comprised of professional staff engaged in auditing Pass Through Entities and Personal Income tax returns with complex audit issues. You will directly manage the workload, ensure that audit standards of quality, quantity, and timeliness are met, and that audits are assigned and worked in the most effective and efficient manner possible. In addition, you will work with IPTE Audit Program management and supervisor teams to establish program priorities, performance goals and measures, create hiring and training plans, develop work plans, assign work, and complete other assignments and projects to help meet program and divisional goals.
