Job Description: Capgemini Invent is seeking a managment level Head of Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will have extensive professional services/consulting recruitment experience, solid system technologies knowledge and credible experience with large scale business transformation and a proven track record for practice building. The candidate will be both a “thinker” and a “doer” and will have demonstrated a high degree of collaborative business practices in his/her previous Talent Acquisition work experience. They will be asked to ensure HR talent acquisition strategy is aligned with the overall business plans and determine future needs as the business evolves. In this role you will be the primary recruiting lead for Invent North America reporting to the Invent North America Human Resources Director. Job Responsibilities: Source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels; engage and convert candidates by communicating our story and value proposition. Build strong relationships with business leaders and leverage connection to business needs. Compose and recommend offers to the business for approval, accurately present and explain all offer components to candidates Lead campus recruiting strategies and internship program. Create and cultivate talent pipelines and communities. Reduce reliance on contingent and retained firms globally by developing competencies within the team in sourcing passive candidates. Review the current onboarding experience and develop a roadmap for change. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a consulting or professional services firm. Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, out of the box thinking, and creative problem solving Prefer at least 2 years focused on building talent acquisition capabilities within large global organization. Experience with Taleo, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools, skilled in using social media and job boards to identify top talent. In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
