Job Description: Amazon Talent Acquisition Marketing team is looking for an experienced Visual Designer to support our recruitment marketing initiatives for Amazon Operations across EMEA. At Amazon, we always put the customer first. The Visual Designer must work backwards from the customer, understanding that what you do is critical to creating a successful, consistent candidate experience. The primary focus of this role will be to design complex, visually compelling and effective recruitment advertising creatives for internal and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Own continuous improvement of all products delivered Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval Work from creative briefs to develop executions for web, digital, and offline marketing activities Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency throughout various projects Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and contribute with innovation Managing graphic and media designs from conception to delivery Job Requirements: Prior experience in an agency or media environment Experience in video production and direction Capacity to listen, digest and resolve client feedback with creative solutions and a can-do attitude Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative suite Experience in visual design and motion graphics including video and animation production Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/relevant disciplines or equivalent work experience Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members Understanding of print and digital media Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
