The Executive Manager plays a key role in being an expert across business banking, credit, risk and continuous improvement and will lead our team to meet their potential whilst delivering successful customer outcomes. Job Responsibilities: Utilise your industry expertise to understand and identify key opportunities within an ever changing commercial landscape, and develop strategies accordingly Coach and mentor a team and support ongoing development, maintain and develop a high performance culture build strong relationships with clients and support your people’s ability to retain their business through excellent client service; drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and Lead and manage our Regional and Agribusiness Banking team across Northern Queensland Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the Northern QLD region. have an in depth understanding of complex client needs and develop key internal relationships to maximise opportunities to deliver a broad range of financial solutions; Job Requirements: A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
