Job Description: Performing and applying Revenue Assurance controls to save the revenue. also to give a trust to the management that all revenue streams are accurately identified, captured, recorded, billed, invoiced and reported in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities: Analyse the product descriptions and impact analysis for the new products & promotions to identify the risk areas and request the necessary controls to save the company revenue after launch commercially Perform user acceptance test for the products & promotions before and after launch commercially Validate the bundles capping accuracy for the products. Validate the rating accuracy for the products and promotions after launch commercially. Validate the accuracy of adjustments , subscription and other credit and charges transactions on regular bases Perform loyalty point’s cycle audit for the customers over the loyalty system. Perform prepaid balance movement for the customers from the main and dedicated accounts Validate the invoice accuracy for post-paid, interconnect and roaming.
