Job Description Set and implement international roaming services rollout strategy & plan to expand Etisalat reach and presence in the international telecom arena while enhancing inbound and outbound roaming revenues . Job Responsibilities Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and regulatory directives Manage the E2E operations of the international roaming services including: Planning the strategic road-map of the international roaming Rollout team based on etisalat vision and strategic direction. Direct the Rollout team to resolve conflicts/complaints arising during operations, whether with roaming partners or internal stakeholders Analyze and evaluate the international roaming services launches, operations and quality of services and make recommendations for improvement Plan, administer and control budgets for equipment (handsets, testing tools), SIM cards, Scratch cards and operations (signaling requests...etc.) Prepare reports and briefs for management evaluating international roaming services rollout expansion, business value, strategic road-map, QoS, and customers satisfaction Sign commercial launch letters with international roaming partners worldwide on behalf of etisalat misr. Organizing the workflow/duties across team members ensuring the best utilization of human resources and talents to meet the set annual targets Evaluate and revisit the team’s plans to accommodate evolving market dynamics and etisalat strategic moves.
