Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you will directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through internal communications, public relations and corporate communications, you’ll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate. Job Responsibilities: Provide creative input and execution for special projects that showcase EY as an employer of choice and promote EY as a best place to work for new and experienced professionals Innovative, creative thinkers who are strategic, collaborative and consultative and who can bring a fresh perspective will thrive in this environment Strong business acumen, executive presence, and personal leadership Ability to present complex ideas and anticipate potential objections by leveraging experience, insight and creativity to influence others to consider innovative solutions by presenting alternatives when obstacles and objections arise Work with BMC Talent leader to develop and execute a communication strategy for various communications, including Learning and Development, Total Rewards (compensation and benefits), Corporate Responsibility, well-being and more Leverage organizational and project management skills; craft agile short-term and long-term action plans Leverage extensive experience and deep insight to deftly advise and influence leadership on the optimal use of communications to share best practices, build the business and create a shared and inspirational vision Able to apply critical thinking to anticipate and communicate the ramification of decisions and issues to project stakeholders Job Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree with a Communications or related major or equivalent experience Experience with and/or deep understanding of Talent and HR functions Minimum of 10 years of communications experience is preferred Ability to build relationships with senior leadership as well as peers and colleagues at all levels Experience navigating a matrixed organizational structure and make strategic connections to help drive success Strong writing and editing skills and previous writing/editing experience in internal communications, PR, or journalism fields Job Details: Company: EY Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Syracuse, NY, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
