Job Description: The job holder will be responsible for leading a team of Credit Analysts to insure good quality of credit proposals presented within the designated TAT to the credit committee. The job holder will be also responsible for managing and overviewing periodic reports related to the assigned territory to work on keeping the portfolio’s risk profile as desired as well as seeking further business opportunities. Job Responsibilities: Reviewing & providing guidance for direct reports in reviewing external documents & ensure consistency with the bank’s policy. Appraise periodic memos & monitor approvals & speed up the validation process. Gets involved in clients visits with Area Head for strategic relationships. Support & assist Area Head in managing sensitive accounts. Periodic assessment for the lending profitability & credit revenue as per RAROC. Business banking representative arm in communicating with the credit & risk stakeholders to ensure efficient lending & disbursement process. Ensure submission of the periodic credit assessment reports & CBE report on-time.
