Job Description: The DC HR Manager will lead the DC HR team to ensure the people strategy and secure quality employee lifecycle to support the operations of the DC. You will ensure performance is measured and track employee lifecycle KPI’s, budget management and ensure legal compliance and adherence to Group and local standards. You will ensure to meet the needs of key collaboration partners in DC. Job Responsibilities: Ensure employee safety, well-being, and commitment to H&M group’s approach to Human Rights Manage the DC HR budget in line with regional budget framework Secure negotiation - local agreements, scheduling, contract structure, compensation & benefits. Responsible for Employee relations in the DC and to ensure all people-related matters are carried out according to local labor law and regulations Manage the people strategy for the DC. Manage the team to create conditions for people which will enable the people to achieve short-term and long-term business goals. Assess DC workforce needs and set targets for recruitment and mobility together with operations and controlling. Manage, guide and lead DC HR team on local HR matters to ensure a quality employee lifecycle. Be the voice of the people in the organization, promoting I &D, the H&M Group values & culture Job Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist and active participation in labor negotiations preferred Experience in overseeing multi-site locations 3+ years supervising staff Must have up-to-date knowledge and understanding of human resources and employment practices (selection, interviewing, job evaluations, contract administration. Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication Excellent organizational skills- effective time management, ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow-up Familiarity with HR function in a distribution center is strongly preferred Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, multi-unit, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment.
