Job Responsibilities: Supporting the customer experience by being trained on the “Brilliant Basics” and layout workbench Acts as a role model for safe practices, challenges behaviour to ensure a safe environment for our teams and customers Works in a safe, diligent and responsible manner at all times, positively and proactively engages with store teams by building rapport, asking questions to understand and meet their requirements Demonstrates commitment to personal growth by having an active personal development plan Supporting the MET Cluster Team Leader with delivering effective communications channels are in place throughout the team. Demonstrating a personal commitment to delivering great service by following the “Be Friendly & Be Helpful” principles Support the Implementation of displays and POS and required in the Range review or reset implementation briefs Works with energy, pace and passion- Share best practice and celebrate success with other Team Members Ensuring all Range review & reset tasks are effectively carried out to A high standard and on time following “Always at our Best” principles Supporting stores with accurate inventory and ensuring all the appropriate stock control processes are conducted effectively, including replenishment of new stock and exiting of Ranges Takes responsibility for own actions and completing own workload following the correct processes Taking personal responsibility to protect the safety of customers, the team and the company by acting and working in a safe way at all time Job Requirements: An opportunity to get involved in fundraising events, helping to raise money for our charity partner, Macmillan Cancer Support to fund home-related grants.
