Job Description: Service and Operations Associate will be required to manage and undertake operational activities. Job Responsibilities: Provide guidance on transactions and ensure that all work is processed in accordance with the established and documented procedures Management of operational Management Information Responsible for developmental activity for team members Management and processing of servicing requests for HSBC Customers Receiving returned cheques, registering, and following up for it to be delivered to customers Delivering the processed Cos, DDs, and returned cheques to customers after checking their delegations Balance any posted vouchers with terminal totals and ensure proper count prior to dispatching them to I/O department in NSC To Comply with regulations, and report any suspicious transactions to BMLCO Checking all relevant suspense and transitory accounts daily Updating customer profile screens with details of customer contact.
