Job Description: This role is part of a global IBM Systems IBM Z Software Lab Services team helping clients implement, deploy, and optimize software for the Z Transaction Processing System portfolio including middleware such as IMS and CICS as well as IT Operational Analytics solutions such as IBM Z Operation Analytics and IT Service Management capabilities such as OMEGAMON and Systems Automation. Job Responsibilities: Provide consultation and deployment services for one release of this solution to the next Meet with clients and determine their requirements Provide consultation and deployment services for clients needing to migrate to CL/SS from IBM Session Manager or Netview Access Services or from other similar product solutions Provide customization of client environments for specific functions they are looking for Job Requirements: Practical experience as a Z/OS systems programmer Experience working in client facing or services teams Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, Computer Science or Computer Information Science Practical Programming experience writing in Structured Session Procedure Language (SSPL), a dialog language, similar to the TSO/E Restructured Extended Executor (REXX) language as well as the assembler language Experience with CL/SuperSession, including installation, configuration, and customization Job Details: Company: IBM Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Birmingham, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
