Job Description: We are looking to welcome a click and collect assistants to our fantastic & growing Customer fulfilment team, with customers at the heart of what we do. As part of the click and collect team in a store, you will have the customers at heart, you will be preparing and filling customer orders for the busy day ahead. Your daily duties will be receiving customer orders, checking stock on our systems, ensuring store is tidy and safe for trade. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times. Job Responsibilities: Recruiting, developing, motivating and leading your team. Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market. Reflecting the IKEA identity and creating visual impact in all commercial, sales support and co-worker areas. Applying your extensive home furnishing knowledge to create up to date room settings and other store media, thereby creating vitality throughout the IKEA store. Job Requirements: You can demonstrate clear communication skills, i.e. the ability to explain verbally concepts and visual interpretation. You have a proven customer-focused mindset. Ability to prioritise and organise work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of time. Ability to create a trustful and creative environment. You will have proven success in leading creative processes and creating a trustful environment. You will have significant experience working as an interior designer and possess an interior design-based degree. You will have visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics as well as a passion for home furnishing, design and how people live at home. You are experienced in working in a fast retail environment. You can confidently set and implement action plans, set expectations, provide clear direction and follow up goals.
