Job Responsibilities: Work actively with the commercial team with the range change process led by the commercial team by providing information regarding sales space parameters, expected sales start, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities. Together with the SSS Manager, acting as the main point of contact in the store for all range administration and operational supply related questions for our department managers and other functions. Maximising goods flow efficiency by monitoring that the operational forecasting in the store is in line with the order parameters and available sales space capacities/parameters. Ensuring that the supplying process in our store is fully integrated with the communication and selling processes. Produce necessary follow up regarding operational processes in the store, including phasing in and out, overstock and concrete, activities and non-central shortages. Job Requirements: You are a good multitasker with effective time management and sharp attention to detail. As our store trades 7 days a week, you will be available to work a rotating roster consisting of early mornings and late shifts, as well as every second weekend. You have a passion for numbers and analysis, building solutions and are technically skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and eager to learn. With an interest in logistics processes, you enjoy working in both a tactical and operational level with a track record of getting things done. You have incredible people skills and are able to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
