Job Description: The Partnership supports agile and flexible working practices, such as when, where and how we work. Job Responsibilities: You will regularly be the sole point of contact for your site and therefore should be able to use your judgement and knowledge to confidently make decisions. Flexibility is required especially when there are system issues to resolve or holiday cover demands. You will get queries from all levels of distribution and you will be required to build effective relationships with external customers and other areas of the business. Distribution is widespread across the UK it may be necessary to travel to other sites. Co-ordinate, implement and communicate new systems upgrade Manage expired user and PC accounts Complete analysis and investigation to find possible cause, check outstanding queries and prioritise levels of impact Liaise with systems across the Distribution network to share best practise and ensure a consistent approach Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports and resolve queries from management, stock administration teams Support external 3rd Party sites Complete daily task list Complete data collection for central systems for any changes Coach individuals to the best out of their systems on an ad hoc basis Assist with the set up and installation of new sites Configure hardware to new user specification Job Requirements: Full Uk Driving Licence TCP/IP networking Voice picking systems Experience in a distribution/logistics environment Google applications Voice over IP (telephony) Mainframe application Dispatcher warehouse management system Labour management systems Microsoft Office, Windows and Access packages Job Details: Company: John Lewis Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Northampton, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
