Job Description: This role is within the Global Tax Operation involves, facilitating tax relief at source and retrospective reclaim of taxes from tax authorities in EMEA for in-house investments. You will be responsible for documenting our accounts with our sub-custodians, reconcile our in-house positions to identify reclaim opportunities across different markets, file retrospective reclaims and make tax refunds payments. Job Responsibilities: Ensure all work is carried out to meet all departmental and market deadlines Able to understand market changes and its impacts on internal processes Ensure close collaboration with internal / external stakeholders and manage stakeholders’ relationships Proactive analysis, response on outstanding queries to all internal / external partners and client representatives Maintain Tax records and procedures for internal use to ensure all market and procedural changes are reflected accurately. Create and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation Job Requirements: Basic knowledge international taxation is preferable Excellent communication and people skills Ability to be a strong team player and showcase excellent communication skills Ability to maintain accuracy within strict deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Job Details: Company: J.P.
