Performs routine administrative and security related duties in an industrial security office as the Security Assistant to the Director, Security and Emergency Services.Provides administrative support and performs a variety of administrative duties for the Director, Security and Emergency Services, and immediate staff members.
- Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining departmental files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals, arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.
- Uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, letters and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established polices and procedures.
