Job Responsibilities:
- Supplying the highest possible levels of customer care and service whether in the public eye or in the back of house areas.
- To assist the Sous Chef in the organization and control of all kitchen operations.
- To be responsible for taking charge of any section of the kitchen and running it.
- To assist in the training of Commis Chefs and Trainee Chefs.
- To ensure that all monies are held in a proper manner, recorded and locked away in accordance with company standards
Job Requirements:
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Good level of English essential
- Pro-active and reliable
