Job Description: You will be part of a dynamic team in the Commercial Operating Centre, responsible for the Organisational Development needs of the Commercial Function in MoJ, ensuring we have the right people with the right skills to deliver CCMD’s objectives for the next 3 – 5 years Job Responsibilities: Setting a strategic approach to the use of apprenticeships Conducting capability assessments at team and directorate level to determine future training needs and identifying appropriate courses or providers that can address the knowledge or skills gaps Supporting CCMD employees with gaining relevant professional accreditations through running a selection process, setting up informal learning networks and tracking progress Managing the Learning and Development budget for MoJ and GCO Driving development of leadership skills through various leadership programmes such as Stepping into Leadership, MoJ Leadership School, etc. Managing the induction for new joiners and ensuring consistency of knowledge amongst those joining the directorate, this includes monitoring the completion of essential learning courses.
