Job Description: The Category Management Analyst contributes to Nestle Coffee Partners (NCP) success by being accountable to drive NCP sales and equity, along with category growth through the delivery of best-in-class category thought leadership, insights, analysis and reporting directly to CPG customers and through our field-based Category Development partners. The Analyst will be accountable to assist in building national and cross-channel strategies to set up brands to grow disproportionately through mutually beneficial category stories, thoughtful analysis, fact-based selling stories, and best-in-class category management processes. This position also works cross functionally across the CPG team to serve as the category expert to enable better decision making across the organization through data, insights and analytics. Job Responsibilities: Exhibits strong understanding of multiple syndicated data sources and tools, including IRI and/or Nielsen; demonstrates a sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint Uses analytic tools, including internal NCP specific data and tools, to develop new department and category insights Assists in developing new category insights through the analysis of sales fundamentals at the national and regional levels to bring the NCP experience to life down the aisle Maintains relationships with external data suppliers and partners closely with sales, marketing and shopper insights teams to understand the latest category and consumer insights Develops national Category Management selling strategies to deploy to the field category management teams for use with specific customers Crafts "gold standard" planograms for specific NCP categories and brands Utilizes space management software to analyze days of supply, inventory turnover, space to sales, etc. Develops custom reporting solutions using new and existing technologies/tools Job Requirements: Ability to work cross functionally including with teams that are geographically dispersed Ability to negotiate, collaborate with others and reach win/win agreements Ability to build diverse and collaborative relationships Ability to communicate clearly and concisely comfortable in a &quotselling&quot role working with the customer Can work in a fast paced, changing, matrix environment comfortable dealing with ambiguity Job Details: Company: Nestlé Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Atlanta, GA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here getyourvacancy.com
