Job Description:

As an international Supply Chain Co-ordinator you are the integral function of the International Business. You will be responsible and accountable for co-ordinating and controlling shipments across the outward bound supply chain, prioritising workload to ensure all shipments are made within the required delivery period.This role will involve creating the relevant export documentation either via the EIA or manually for our International Owned and 3rd Party Partners combining company strategies, requirements and timelines. You will be using a number of systems (Business Objects, Wolf, RMS and Excel) to provide accurate costs and Customs information as required by the relevant export country.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will administer shipments from our Hubs (UK and Singapore) liaising with colleagues/Freight Forwarders across the world to ensure deliveries are met in accordance to the business contract.
  • You will be accountable for creating and submitting the relevant certificates from Government offices and Chamber of Commerce to ensure all documents required for customs clearance to the receiving Country are produced and available within the required timelines.
  • You will be investigating and resolving issues on key shipments, analysing information and providing a solution to the relevant New
  • Look team/Partner, and assisting with any credit note queries if required.
  • Working Collaboratively with the International Team and Distribution centre you will strive to achieve company financial targets.
  • You will be responsible for export documentation for Non Stock (Shop Fit) ensuring deadlines for new store opening are met.
